How to measure your foot?
To measure your foot size, place your foot on a sheet of paper, trace its outline, and measure the distance in centimeters from your heel to your longest toe. Match this measurement to the “Length of Foot” section in our size chart to select the correct size. We recommend choosing a snug fit, as natural leather expands by up to half an inch to mold to your foot within one to two weeks of wear. We offer an exchange in case of a genuine quality concern or size issue from our end, provided the customer notifies us within 7 days of receiving the product. Once reviewed and approved, the replacement will be processed within 15 working days at no additional cost.
If the incorrect size was ordered by the customer, a local replacement fee of PKR 600 will apply.
For international replacement requests, our policy may vary depending on the case & location.
In the rare case that the product received does not match the one ordered, we offer a full refund via bank transfer within 7 working days of confirmation.
