• Trace the outline of your foot carefully.
• Measure the distance from your heel to your longest toe in cms.
• Match your measurement with the “length (cm)” column on our size chart to find your ideal fit.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

• We offer exchanges only in cases of genuine quality defects (e.g. stitching flaw, sole damage etc) or size errors from our side.
• Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange.
• If the exchange is due to a size or genuine quality defects (e.g. stitching flaw, sole damage etc) from our side, it will be processed without additional charges within 15 working days of complaint registration.
• For incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, local replacement charges of Rs. 600/- will apply.
• Article changes are allowed if the original product is returned unused and within the return period.
• For international orders, replacement and shipping policies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• If the delivered product does not match the one ordered, the customer may return it to receive the correct article. If the desired article is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days via bank transfer.

Important Notes

• Sole Studio by Zuni reserves the right to reject any exchange or replacement request not meeting these terms.
• No exchanges on customized khussas (color, size, or design changes).
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
